What we've heard

During the first round of consultation, we heard the community is concerned about pedestrian safety due lack of zebra crossing at the walkway to Keon Park Station (south of Arundel Avenue).

What we're proposing

We are proposing the following improvements for the intersection of Tambo Avenue and Yarra Street:

  • provide a wombat crossing to prioritise pedestrians and reduce vehicle speeds.

These treatments are expected to have the following benefits:

  • improved pedestrian safety and comfort and
  • lower vehicle speeds.
