What we've heard

During the first round of consultation, we heard the community is concerned about the poor cycling connection from Gower Street to the Darebin Creek Trail.

What we're proposing

We are proposing the following improvements for the area:

• provide new cycling connection: Shared path crossing at Gower Street/Chifley Drive roundabout and
• shared path along north side of Water Road and bridge to connect to Darebin Creek Trail.

These treatments are expected to have the following benefits:

• improve pedestrian and cyclist connection to Darebin Creek Trail, NCAT and Northland Shopping Centre.
