Endorsed by Council

Our LGBTIQA+ Action Plan was endorsed by Council on March 24th 2026. We will launch the Plan in May.

Our draft LGBTIQA+ Action Plan has been built directly from the stories, experiences and ideas shared by local LGBTIQA+ communities.

This Plan aims to reduce discrimination, address inequalities and make Darebin a more inclusive place for LGBTIQA+ people. The 4-year Plan focuses on Council services and programs, as well as supporting community-led initiatives and groups.
